PROJECT PROCESS
STEP 1 to contact us by email or come in to our show room with your plans and requirement. We are happy to help you decide upon a stone type, edge detail, sink, etc. From this, we will prepare a free quote for your consideration.
STEP 2 Upon acceptance of our quotation, we will contact you to arrange the templating and site measure.
Before our template representative visits your site to measure up and template the top, you need to confirm that your cabinets are fully complete, flat and level, your sink and hob should be on site (normally, the representative will bring your sink back to the workshop). Please also notify our representative about the position of tap hole and air switch hole. If you have an existing bench top, you need remove the old bench before we visit.
STEP 3 Approximately 5-10 working days after templating, your bench top will be completed and ready for installation.
